PATIENT INSIGHT

Features Overview

Continuity of Care Document (CCD) data comes from EHRs or other source systems in a format that requires parsing and organization. Patient Insight is an award winning application that allows the viewing of CCD data in a flexible, easy to read format. With Patient Insight, Items/categories can be rearranged as needed and the result can be saved as a PDF or new Clinical Document Architecture (CDA).

HealthLX Patient Insight enables companies to meet HITECH certification requirements in the areas of exchanging clinical summaries, electronic copy of clinical information and discharge information.

A Clean View

According to HL7, the industry is calling for enhanced human readability and relevance as clinicians are frustrated with the usability of current CCD documents. Today, an overabundance of data is displayed by EHR systems and providers struggle to page and sort through all of the data to find the essential and relevant clinical information they need to make decisions. Development of an easy-to-use viewer with a modern user-interface provides clinicians the ability to save time and insure they have relevant patient information to make correct decisions.
